Global technology services firm Vertex Group has appointed Puneeta Rajwant as Head of Business Support and Administration as it sharpens its focus on India as a global operations and talent hub and accelerates plans to scale to Rs 1,000 crore in revenue by 2028.
Rajwant, who brings more than 25 years of experience across companies such as Teleperformance India, R1 RCM, Dell International Services and Convergys, will lead Vertex’s operational transformation, including facilities, workforce systems and the rollout of its upcoming InfraTech business vertical. She will be responsible for setting up new technology-enabled delivery centres and building smart, AI-driven workplace infrastructure to support the company’s multi-site expansion across India.
Vertex said the appointment is part of its broader “Vertex 2.0” strategy, which combines automation, artificial intelligence and intelligent infrastructure to drive growth across its global footprint spanning the US, UK, India, the Middle East and Africa. Rajwant’s mandate includes using data-driven systems and digital tools to improve efficiency and create a scalable operational backbone for the company’s next phase of growth.
