Trigent has entered into a strategic partnership with WeWork India to accelerate the rollout of intelligence-driven Global Capability Centers (GCCs) across the country. The collaboration, announced on Monday, aims to give mid-market enterprises a faster and more flexible pathway to establishing GCCs by combining Trigent’s operational frameworks with WeWork India’s tech-enabled workspaces.
Trigent, which has nearly three decades of experience in engineering and custom software solutions, said the partnership strengthens its GCC expansion strategy by reducing infrastructure-related delays. The company provides enterprise-grade processes and deep knowledge of India’s talent ecosystem, helping businesses attract and onboard specialised teams. With WeWork India’s workspace network now integrated into its model, Trigent said GCCs can become operational in a matter of weeks.
“This partnership strengthens our commitment to delivering AI-enabled, turnkey Global Capability Centers for customers worldwide,” said Bharat Khatau, Chairman and CEO of Trigent Software. “By complementing our operating system, governance structures, and productivity tools with WeWork India’s flexible workspace solutions, we allow customers to start operations in a matter of weeks, unhindered by the usual infrastructure delays.”
WeWork India, which operates premium flexible workspaces across major Indian cities, said GCCs have evolved from traditional back-office units to hubs for innovation, product development and digital transformation. The firm already hosts several GCCs across sectors including technology, finance, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and media.
“As India cements its position as a global hub for high-value capabilities, the role of GCCs has evolved dramatically. The shift has been significant,” said Karan Virwani, Managing Director and CEO of WeWork India. “Our partnership with Trigent allows enterprises to move faster from concept to fully operational Global Capability Centers, with immediate access to premium workspaces.”
The companies said the collaboration is aimed particularly at mid-market businesses, which often face barriers in setting up GCC operations due to infrastructure constraints and long deployment cycles. By merging Trigent’s operating expertise with WeWork India’s workspace flexibility, the partnership seeks to enable GCCs that are scalable, predictable and intelligence-led from day one.
Trigent said the move reflects its broader vision of pushing GCCs beyond traditional cost-efficiency models toward roles centred on innovation, automation and strategic impact.
