Infosys has launched a AI-first GCC Model aimed at helping enterprises set up and transform Global Capability Centers into AI-powered hubs for innovation, speed, and business growth. The new offering integrates Infosys’ AI platforms and services to embed production-grade agentic AI across the entire GCC lifecycle.
The model combines Infosys Agentic Foundry for building and scaling AI agents, EdgeVerve AI Next as a unified platform for enterprise-wide AI deployment, and Infosys Topaz to infuse AI-first services throughout GCC operations. It is designed to support enterprises from initial setup through scaling, talent development, and operational readiness.
Infosys said it has already worked with over 100 GCCs across sectors, including Lufthansa Systems, zooplus, and Danske Bank. The company’s experience spans setting up new centers, managing operations, and implementing AI-led transformation programs. A recent example is its work with Lufthansa Systems’ GCC, which is developing future-ready aviation IT and data-driven platforms using Infosys’ generative AI capabilities.
According to Infosys, the new GCC model offers enterprises a comprehensive suite of capabilities: integrated setup and transformation services, AI-powered operational improvements, scalable talent pipelines supported by Infosys Springboard, and flexible operating models such as Build-Operate-Transfer and joint ventures.
Satish HC, Executive Vice President and Chief Delivery Officer at Infosys, said the new model is designed to help enterprises accelerate the shift from traditional offshore centers to strategic innovation hubs. He added that Infosys’ AI-first GCC practice will provide the scale and expertise needed for the next phase of enterprise transformation
