Fulcrum Digital, a global leader in enterprise AI and digital transformation, has announced the appointment of Gulveen Kaur as Senior Vice President – Insurance. In her new role, Kaur will head Fulcrum Digital’s global insurance practice, driving strategy, innovation, and growth across technology solutions, products, and services.
With over two decades of experience in the insurance and IT industries across Asia, Kaur joins Fulcrum Digital from Capgemini, where she led delivery, client engagement, and operations for insurance and banking in the Southeast Asia region. Her prior leadership roles at AXA HK, Manulife Asia, and MetLife saw her champion digital transformation, platform modernization, and large-scale system implementations across multiple insurance lines.
Kaur will focus on expanding Fulcrum Digital’s global insurance footprint by leveraging the company’s strengths in digital engineering, automation, and AI-led innovation, particularly through its agentic AI platform.

Throughout her career, Kaur has led end-to-end policy administration implementations across P&C, Life, and Group Insurance, alongside transformation initiatives spanning cloud adoption, customer experience, and process consulting. Her appointment underscores Fulcrum Digital’s focus on domain-led innovation and strengthening its position as a trusted digital transformation partner for global insurers.
