TCS, Infineon Launch AI-Enabled Digital Platform to Drive Revenue

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), part of Tata Group, has teamed up with Infineon Technologies AG to launch a digital commerce platform to drive new revenue channels and improve customer engagement for the semiconductor company. The partnership saw TCS revamp Infineon’s website, turning it into a digital interface with a focus on user experience.

The rebuilt platform includes Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cloud computing to enable personalized journeys, improved product search, and consistent, intuitive experiences across regions, devices, and channels. As part of this large-scale transformation, TCS and Infineon integrated over 40 applications and microservices, fostering omnichannel experiences and using automation to anticipate and fulfill diverse customer needs.

Infineon’s Executive Vice President & CIO, Harsha Deshmukh, emphasized that the transformation is about much more than aesthetics: it’s a foundational leap toward responsiveness, security, and accessibility, all rooted in the company’s commitment to innovation and customer-centricity. TCS, with longstanding experience in the German and European enterprise sector, noted that the program lays the groundwork for scalable, measurable improvements in engagement and sales impact.

Kamal Bhadada, President of TCS Interactive, pointed out that the new platform provides a robust base for future enhancements, supporting multi-regional and multilingual capabilities, AI-driven product recommendations, and device-agnostic access.

This joint digital push further consolidates TCS’s strength in running co-innovation programs ranging from chip-to-software engineering, and it cements deep technology partnerships that help both TCS and Infineon maintain their edge in intelligent operations, seamless customer experiences, and time-to-market leadership.
