Oracle has announced the general availability of its AI Data Platform, a comprehensive solution designed to help enterprises securely connect generative AI models with their data, applications, and workflows. The launch, unveiled at Oracle AI World, marks a major step in Oracle’s effort to make enterprise data “AI-ready” and drive large-scale adoption of agentic automation.
The Oracle AI Data Platform unifies Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Autonomous AI Database, and OCI Generative AI Service, combining automated data ingestion, semantic enrichment, and vector indexing. This integration enables organizations to quickly move from raw data to production-grade AI models and deploy intelligent agents that automate business processes and uncover growth opportunities.
“Oracle AI Data Platform enables customers to get their data ready for AI and then leverage AI to transform every business process,” said TK Anand, Executive Vice President at Oracle. “By unifying data and simplifying the entire AI lifecycle, it provides the most comprehensive foundation for enterprises seeking to harness AI with confidence and agility.”
The platform supports open data formats such as Delta Lake and Iceberg, offers enterprise-grade governance across AI and data assets, and provides tools like Agent Hub to coordinate multi-agent systems. Its integration with NVIDIA’s accelerated computing infrastructure allows customers to select the latest GPUs for high-performance workloads.
Oracle said customers can now:
- Transform raw data into intelligence with unified lakehouse and AI tools
- Accelerate cross-team collaboration across data engineers, scientists, and developers
- Automate and scale workflows with intelligent AI agents
- Ensure enterprise readiness through OCI’s performance and reliability
The platform features Zero-ETL and Zero Copy capabilities, enabling real-time access to application data from finance, HR, supply chain, and other systems. It also supports multicloud and hybrid deployments, allowing seamless operations across Oracle and third-party environments.
Oracle plans to release tailored versions of the AI Data Platform for major application suites, including Fusion, NetSuite, and industry-specific solutions for healthcare, financial services, and construction sectors.
In addition, Oracle said that global consulting firms including Accenture, Cognizant, KPMG, and PwC have committed a collective $1.5 billion investment in the platform, including training for 8,000 practitioners and development of over 100 industry-specific AI use cases.
