Kellton has acquired Kumori Technologies to strengthen its global ServiceNow capabilities and accelerate AI-led intelligent automation for enterprise customers.
The acquisition brings Kumori Technologies, a specialised ServiceNow services provider, into the fold of Kellton, expanding its delivery capacity across key markets and supporting its strategy to build integrated digital and automation ecosystems for large enterprises and digital-first businesses.
Kellton said the deal will deepen its expertise across high-demand digital platforms, with ServiceNow positioned as a central pillar in driving intelligent automation and unified enterprise workflows.
